Position Overview

As a Senior Sales Representative, tasked with building and nurturing robust relationships with clients. Your responsibilities include understanding their testing needs, advocating for the value of our production test systems, particularly PCBA test systems, and collaborating with internal sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. Primarily, your focus will be on clients within Germany.

 

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers, focusing on both the expansion and maintenance of customer connections in the German market.

  • Conduct on-site visits to meet with potential and existing customers, primarily in Germany.

  • Travel to Sweden for essential training, education, and meetings with the engineering and management teams.

  • Responsibility for the business development of new and existing accounts and the establishment of a robust pipeline.

  • Cost calculation and proposal creation in collaboration with QESTITs engineering team, participation in tender processes, and contract preparation.

  • Monitoring general customer information and continuous market analysis.

  • Reporting and close collaboration with various departments, serving as the contact person for stakeholders

     

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or a related field.

  • Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably within sales of technical products or systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.

  • Strong and convincing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel.

  • Excellent language skills in both German and English; additional languages such as French are advantageous.

  • Familiarity with the testing and quality assurance processes in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, or med tech is a plus.
